About the Android Port

Rain World: Downpour is an expansion for Rain World. Since there is currently no official Android release, community efforts have made it possible to run the game on Android devices.

This page documents how to download and run the unofficial Android port for testing and preservation purposes.

Requirements

Android device (mid-range or higher recommended)
Rain World Downpour APK
Streaming Assets (required)
GameKeyboard+ (touch controls)

Step-by-Step Installation Tutorial

Download the Rain World Downpour APK file.
Download the Streaming Assets ZIP file (do NOT extract yet).
Install the APK on your device.
Open the game once and grant storage permission.
The game will show “StreamingAssets Folder Empty" that's normal bruh.
A folder named Rain World will be created.
Extract the Streaming Assets ZIP into the Rain World folder.
Open the game again.
Go to Remix and enable:
- More Slugcats Expansion
- Rain World Remix
Click Apply Mods.
The Downpour DLC will now work properly. (Since Gamekeyboard is an overlay it's not captured in screenshot but don't worry this is an Android screenshot) (Click Volume Up Button to bring up Gamekeyboard+ while in-game)
